I won't be posting Thursday or Friday as I will be leaving the house before 7:00 AM and returning after 8:00 PM both days. Feel free to start the thread and post your workouts.
I always look forward to posting when I do so I thought I'd start this...
Took a spinning class. Felt good!

I went for a 20 minute walk before I began to freeze. I wanted to walk longer but it was so windy that I came home.

Good job, everyone!
Didn't think I'd manage anythng today, but I did get in a 20 minute walk with the dog. I'll take what I can get!
Thanks for starting the thread, Donleyk. I was hoping I'd be able to post my 20 minutes. :) Keep up the good work, and I'll see you Saturday!

Hi Terri,
We have a group of 5 or 6 that volunteer here at work. They've actually added mornings (2 days a week) and evenings (3 days, I think). Anyway, I think it's great that you do that and I am sure your spinners really appreciate you taking the time!

Oh, that's great Donleyk! I really like teaching because it does not allow me to sleep in or skip it, which sometimes happens when I'm NOT teaching! :)
