sherry vinegar substitutes!! Help!

I want to make the sicilian stuffed chicken breasts tonight from the april issue. i could not find Sherry Vinegar at 2 grocers today. At home i have: seasoned rice vinegar, plain rice vinegar, white balsamic vinegar, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, black raspberry vinegar, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar. I also have dry sherry. What do you all suggest i substitute???

I would go with the white wine vinegar.

I might mix the white wine vinegar with a little balsamic for more zest. Sherry vinegar is really quite stongly flavored stuff..
