Has anyone tried this? I pulled it off the recipe finder and it has good reviews, but I was wondering what to serve it with. Would it be good on pasta? Also, what would a good side dish be?

Thanks so much!

Well, I answered my own question...we had this tonite and it was delish!

In case anyone wants to try it...a few tips.
We halved the amount of shrimp, but used the same amount of garlic and parsley. Also, the I needed to double the amount of wine. I served it over linguine...man, was it good. The microwave rosemary potatoes went well with it.

It sounds great -- glad you posted the review.
Since you mentioned the potatoes, I've been meaning to ask: how strong is the rosemary flavor? I know the recipe got great reviews, but I've never cared much for the flavor of rosemary. It reminds me of pine needles.

LOL...my roomie and I could not stand rosemary in college. Whenever we ate pasta with Italian seasoning we would have to pull out the little bits of "tree" or pine needles in your case. But, the taste is not overwhelming at all in this dish. It is really yummy. I hope you like it.

schuh- I give them a quick grind with a mortar and pestle, with less amount of rosemary. Love the flavor but hate the points!! Was also very surprised at the microwave potatoes, so easy and delicious!!

OK ... maybe I'll try them, pine needles and all. Can't say I have a mortar & pestle but I'm sure I can come up with something.

You could make the "rosemary" potatoes with any seasoning you enjoy. I make them for my kids with just salt and pepper and I have made them by substituting basil for the rosemary and they were really good.
