Congratulations, Greysangel (or should I say JeAnne) on losing 75 pounds! What a wonderful accomplishment! I read your posting on another thread (about CL recipes not being all that light, I think), and just wanted to say "Well done"!

What an accomplishment! Congratulations! I know how hard it is because I've been there, but you can do it. No feeling in the world can compare with catching your reflection in a store window and realizing that you're looking good! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif Keep it up!

JeAnne,
What would you say was the greatest help to you in losing the 75 lbs? I think you could be a great inspiration to a lot of people on this board if you shared some of your secrets or some of your no-no's.
Personally, I think exercising, is the biggest help in maintaining or getting to your desired weight. It lets you indulge in some of the recipes that you might consider "not so light" and not feel too guilty.
Add my congratulations to the growing list!
