Need Help Posting a Picture

I have a picture on my computer that I'd like to post on a thread, and I can't seem to get it to work. We're getting another dog tomorrow {a rescue} that needs a name ... help!

You need to upload it to one of the photo-hosting sites like Imagestation or Shutterfly, and then right click on the photo, select properties, and copy the address.

OK, I uploaded it to Shutterfly, but when I get the properties, it shows it as a URL, which I don't think I can put here, as opposed to JPG. Thoughts?
