ISO: Pan Seared Cod Recipe

This weekend, I bought all the ingredients for a recipe for Pan Seared Cod, but now I can't find the recipe amongst all my Cooking Light!

Does anyone have the recipe easily available. It had prosicuitto ham, portabella mushrooms in the ingredients.
