I am planning to make these for dinner tonite. I just wanted to ask you guys how did it turn out. Any tips would be great. I am planning to serve with corn and sliced tomatoes. thank you matt

I really enjoyed this. I thought it was easy, also.
I did sub, tho'. I had some sun-dried tom. bread that I used for the bread crumbs. I used Emeril's Italian seasoning, also. Yummy.

Matt, my whole family loved this recipe. I didn't make any changes at all which is unusual for me.
