Your Organic Kitchen-any reviews?

I was wondering if anyone owns the cookbook called Your Organic Kitchen and if so what you think of it. The woman who wrote it was on Cooking Live with Sara Moulton. It got good reviews at Amazon. Any opinions out there?

I picked up this book at the library recently, and regretfully didn't have a HUGE amount of time to peruse it before it needed to go back. I do plan to check it out again, though -- because it seemed to be a worthwhile find.

She seems to offer a fairly comprehensive history of organic farming/foods and I think I noticed that she included profiles of quite a few organic companies. Jesse Cool (the author) was organic before ANYONE was organic, so I think she can lend a fairly thorough perspective of the industry...

Cool's vegetable recipes look wonderful. I noticed she included some recipes from Alice Waters and Rick Bayless -- even more reason to take a second look at the cookbook!
