What's a good sauce for fish?

I made the Salmon with Grainy Mustard and Herb Sauce from the April issue. The dish was delicious, and the sauce would work great with any kind of fish. And as a bonus, its super easy! If you don't have that issue, let me know and I'll post the sauce recipe.

I second Ashley's advice. We had the Salmon with Grainy Mustard Sauce for dinner last night and it was fantastic! I was afraid that it would be too strong of a mustard taste, but it was very smooth and creamy.
