Has anyone made this? I'm wondering if there's a typo in the serving size because I used more peppers and more tomato than called for an my serving size is no where near 2 cups. For it to be 5 servings @ 2 cups each, the total volume would have to be 10 cups. I did not have that much.

I served this for lunch for my family of 5 and we had just enough to satisfy us. All of us did enjoy it. However, I made a few changes: I used 8 oz. of pasta (to stretch it a little further). I also doubled the oregano and garlic and added a little salt because it seemed a little bland originally. I think this helped quite a bit.
I served it warm, although I wondered if it was supposed to be served cold since it was called "Pasta Salad." Did anyone try this cold?
I can't comment about the size of the servings because I changed it with the addition of 3 oz. of extra pasta.

The recipe didn't specify warm or cold so the first time I had it warm and then I had the leftovers cold for lunch the next day. Both seemed to be fine. I did think it made a tasty dish -- I just had to work on that portion stuff!

I also think the portion size was kind of strange or possibly wrong. I made it and we really enjoyed it - served it room temperature. DH only complaint was he didn't like the feta - oh well, pick it out! I left out the olives cause he doesn't like them, I'm not going to leave everything out. I also doctored the spices which I generally always do a little bit - we like spicy and garlicky food.
