I finally got around to making your Chicken Francais tonight (from CL Jan/Feb 2001 for those who don't know) and it was GREAT! Pretty quick and easy and very tasty. It's a keeper!

If you're reading this my sincere apologies. I have no idea why I got it stuck in my head that it was Lindrusso's recipe....I had often wondered how she got from "russo" to "Brandt" (from the name in the article/recipe). I assumed it was a maiden name or something. In "real life" names are not my strong suit, throw in a faceless bulletin booard with people having to make up names for themselves if their names are already being used by another (as I did with "aka") and it is all the more challenging.
Again my apologies, but the chicken was great either way!
