I'm sure you can use boneless and I believe boneless thighs are getting easier to get... otherwise I would just use breasts and cut back on the oven time.

I have a question regarding the "thigh masters" article in the May issue of CL. There are some really yummy-looking recipes in that article, but most of them call for the chicken thighs with the bone still in. Bones kind of gross me out, so do you think it would be possible to prepare those recipes using boneless chicken? What kind of adjustments would need to be made to the cooking times? Thanks for your help!!
