Since I have had such great success in making bread finally I decided to increase my library of cookbooks (and recipes) but need to know which bread machine book to buy. I know that any or at least almost any recipe can be adapted for use in the bread machine but I would still like to have a book with recipes for the bread machine alone. I do have Beth Hensperger's The bread bible and there are a few in the book but doesn't she have a book for bread machines only and is it still available? I think I read somewhere that she did have one but the name escapes me at the moment. Can you recommend the book? What about Lora Brody's books? Any suggestions for these two or maybe even others that are out there?

I have quite a few bread machine books, but the two I always turn to when deciding what to make are the ones you've mentioned: Beth Hensperger's The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook and Lora Brody's Bread Machine Baking Perfect Everytime. I can't think of anything I've made from either book that has been a disappointment.

The only bread machine book I have is called "Electric Bread". It was developed specifically for use with bread makers. It's published by Innovative Cooking Enterprises and written by Suzan Nightingale. The recipes have been tested in the following machines:
Betty Crocker, Black and Decker, Breadman, Dak, Decosonic, Hitachi, Kenmore, Magic Mill, Maxim, Mister Loaf, National, Panasonic, Regal, Sanyo, Singer, Toastmaster, Welbilt, West Bend, Zojirushi. So I imagine it will work with nearly any machine out there. It works for mine! :D
