Hi -
I've lost my chart...what's the subsitute for 2 tbsp of Kahlua??

For 2 tablespoons Kahlua, coffee, or chocolate-flavored liqueur, substitute 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chocolate extract plus 1/2 to 1 teaspoon instant coffee in 2 tablespoons water.

Thank-you for this info. It's very helpful. I wanted to make the White Russian Tiramisu, but the Kaluha was $17.00 a bottle. The recipe calls for very little, and I thought the rest would just probably sit in my pantry for the next twelve years!
