Good Morning everyone!
I just finished 50 minutes on the stepper mixed with handweights.
This morning I am off to help set up the school book fair which should include a lot of lifting as well....lots of boxes to unpack and tables to move! ;)
What did you do today? Post it when you finish.
GO FOR IT!

I did just under 40 minutes on my treadmill, followed by crunches and push-ups.

40 minutes on the treadmill. That's it. I left the gym. After all these days in a row, I think I'm tired of going every single day. :o That's ok...4 more days and I have a 4-day business trip. I may see the workout facilities at the hotel, but I won't drive to gym!!
I think what really messed me up was that the treadmill I was on started having strange problems. I had it on an incline of 8.5 or 9.0. The speed was at 3.8. I kept feeling like the speed kept getting slower and then faster. I've done this same incline and speed numerous times so didn't think I was imagining it. I started watching the speed go from 3.8 to 3.6 to 3.4 back to 3.8 down to 3.0 randomly...enough to drive a person crazy. When a treadmill nearby became available, I grabbed it. By then, I had decided to finish my 40 minutes and then head out.

I managed 45 minutes on the mountain program on my treadmill--never tried that one before. Speed wise and time wise, it was on par with what I've been doing, but the incline is another story. I'm sure I'm going to feel it in my butt and hamstrings tomorrow. I finished up with 30 minutes of yoga--maybe the stretching will help me from getting too sore.;)

That sounds wonderful, Peggy! It's always nice when your exercise doesn't feel like work, but just feels like a great time! :)
