I am so excited! I can't believe we are getting a store here. By the end of summer, I believe. (I got a post card that they are looking for help). I wonder if they offer an exchange rate rather than a paycheck!?!?!?!

I have never heard of Penzy's since being on this BB. What kind of store is it?

Great, fresh spices. You'll never go back to the grocery store for them!

Jazzcat, I'm surprised. I don't think a day goes by that I don't read a post about Penzy's. It seems to be mentioned quite often. Frankly, I never heard of them until this BB, but then again I never lived in an area that had the store.

Wow! Maybe that will be worth the drive up from Cincinnati! I haven't tried any of their spices yet, but based on the enthusiasm of folks on this BB, I've sent for their catalog, and I'm now about ready to place my first order!

I get caught up just looking through all the stuff in their catalog -- I can't imagine having a store to wander through! I'll definitely have to stop in when I'm in Columbus. Let us know when it's open!

According to the card I got, they'll be at 4455 Kenny Road, but I'm not sure what cross street that's near. Bethel, maybe? Anyone from the NW area know?

Omigod, Phoebe, that's so close to me I can almost smell the garlic! I'm figuring it'll be in the same strip mall as Staples, Tuesday Morning, The Yarn Shop, the Pepperidge Farm Thrift Store, etc. This is at the corner of Kenny and Old Henderson. I'm going to have to drive by there this weekend to get a fix on where and how big it'll be.
