I was sure I saw a review on this, but try as I might, I couldn't find it. Apologies to the original reviewer if it does exist!

Definitely quite different from your traditional risotto, but we enjoyed it. Didn't taste TOO oatmeal-ly. It's no more difficult to make than your usual risotto; in fact, the cooking instructions are the same. VERY filling.

Thanks for the review Ralph. I will look at the recipe but if it has as much arborio rice as the Moosewood risotto used (supposed to serve 2 and I got 5 servings), I will wait awhile because I have had my fill of M risotto.
