View Full Version : Grace-Lemon Buttermilk Bread Pudding review

Hi Grace, After checking my pantry, I found I had just about everything to make the bread pudding so I did with a few little improvisions. We really liked the recipe. I didn't have frozen blackberries, so I substituted marionberries and it was great. For the egg substitute the recipe called for, I used 2 whole eggs plus 2 whites and only 1 TBSP butter for the margarine. I will definitely put this in my spring/summer file for a unique and different play on an old favorite. Thanks again for posting the recipe. Yummy!!!!!!!!

Oh goody! Thanks Cathy! (And boy, you didn't waste any time making that recipe!) Glad it turned out good - I haven't made that one and would have felt kind of bad if it hadn't!
