I made the Tomato-Basil Lasagna from the most recent issue that I received this week. It was pretty good. I used a bit more sauce than the recipe called for, but my husband and picky daughter both loved it. It was very easy to assemble and it is one of the dishes included in the article about casseroles that are good to freeze, so I will definitely make it again.
