I did my favorite Saturday morning yoga class. I had a nice surprise...the instructor scheduled to teach was out of town. The substitute turned out to be my FAVORITE yoga instructor! That was a nice surprise to see her walk into the classroom.

I did a 45-minute interval workout on my treadmill. And I have been at 129 lbs for TWO consecutive days now! LOL - that's a milestone for me. Since I turned 40, it has been a struggle to get my weight back into the 120's. I typically hit 129 for about 24 hours then my weight bounces right back up. Two days at this weight is a record. I'm sure if I eat an extra grape or almond today, it will be all over.

Congratulations, Heidi. I've been fighting the same fight (but 10 pounds above yours!) for the past 6 mos. It feels good to bounce back down into where you want to be!

I took the 90 minute core board class at the Y. I love this class, but missed the last two weeks. It's a workout! We do core board, weights, etc., and work all muscle groups.
I've been having a hard time getting to the Y lately.

Weight-lifting today, the dreaded high-rep workout. But it's done -- ah! and I get extra oatmeal this week, too.

I went for a hike with my husband, a friend, and our puppy, and did about 40 minutes on the bike trainer yesterday. :)

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and reached the 3.5 mile mark for the first time. I have set a goal to participate in a charity run/walk/jog in June on a 3.5-mile course. Now that I can go the distance, I need to work on my time and--when the weather gets better--on handling outdoor terrain. I also did yoga for 30 minutes.
