Happy Pi Day all! And a big thanks to MKat for reminding me.

I need pi for tonight. I have a graham cracker crust, various varieties of pudding mix, no cool-whip, the usual other baking necessities. Any ideas? Ideally, of course, I'd like to make it now and be eating by... 9pm (in 4 hours time). :)

Oh Number PI

Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
Your digits are unending,
Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
No pattern are you sending.
You're three point one four one five nine,
And even more if we had time,
Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
For circle lengths unbending.

Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
You are a number very sweet,
Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
Your uses are so very neat.
There's 2 Pi r and Pi r squared,
A half a circle and you're there,
Oh, number Pi
Oh, number Pi
We know that Pi's a tasty treat.

Don't have any Pi recipes, but I have a corny Pi joke for you

Person A: What is the formula for the diameter of a circle?

Person B: pi r squared

Person A: no pi is round. Corn bread is square

Do you have ice cream? You could make an ice cream pie. How about a chocolate mint pie? Just use a chocolate pudding mix, use less milk so it's thick and add some mint or alcohol. Do you have fruit? YOu could mix some fruit into the pudding mixes then make a pie.

Alright, I improvised! I took cream cheese, milk, and chocolate pudding, beat them together, and put it into a crust. Topped with bananas, whipped cream (had to go to the store), crushed walnuts and maraschino cherries. Voila! Banana split pie. ;) Such trash food - I love it. :D

My Mom sent me a Halloween card with this joke on it one year.

Bethany, I saw this thread too late, but I was going to suggest CL's black-bottom banana cream pie. It's excellent if you ever need a pie recipe.

I was tutoring today and one of the kids told me they had pie at school today because it was pie day. I thought it was some reward or something. He asked me if I knew about pie day and of course I didn't.

So now I need to call him and tell him that I know about Pi Day. Thanks guys.
