We had this for brunch this weekend along with some French Toast. I had been looking for something interesting to do with the fruit I had and, amazingly, I had all of the ingredients in the kitchen to make this salad (accept for the dried blueberries). It was meant to be!!:)
The salad was quick to prepare and the thing that made it special was the crunchy texture it had from the pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. They added a new dimension to just a regular fruit salad.
