Alright! Those of you who responded to the How Many Cookbooks Do You Have Post (and those who haven't)- which is your favorite and why? I was thinking of one fave but maybe 5 is a more doable number.

I like Jambalaya- New Orleans Jr. League- everything I've made is super yummy

Even More Special- another Jr. League from Durham- again everything is absolutley fantastic and comes out great the first time.

Horn of the Moon and Beyond the Moon by Ginny Callan- again the receipes work and are really good. My potato salad and rice salad are hers.

The Columbia Restaurant Spanish Cookbook- Yummy stuff. I've eaten at the one in St. Armands Circle and Tampa- Now I can make the salad and cuban sandwiches at home.

The Irish Farmhouse Cookbook- reminds me of my honeymoon in Ireland.

I love my collection of Cooking Light so I guess I couldn't list just 5.

Looking forward to hearing everyone's faves!

It depends on what my "cuisine taste" is at that time, but as a general rule, here goes:

Neuvo TexMex...very good authentic, Great recipes for AUTHENTIC margaritas!

Vegetables on the Grill...probably my favorite summer cookbook!

Still Life with Menu by Mollie Katzen is my newest book, therefore my lastest obsession...I have to say everything we have made so far is a winner!

I plan on a trip to B an N today for a Mediterranean cookbook

Of course, each monthly issue of Cooking Light is like a new cookbook in itself. I love it because it is seasonal....I have such a seasonal palate and it fits it perfectly!
