May Review of Asparagus & Turkey Wraps

I made these last night with "baked" french fries for dinner. I did omit the alfa sprouts due to all the negatives I've heard about them. They were so delicious! The roasted pepper mayo was great. I made extra to use on sandwiches for lunch today. I did use bottled roasted peppers.
