I have recently discovered Ancient Harvest Quinoa pasta. At a store in southern California (don't remember which one) I bought the shell variety and thought it had more flavor than rice pastas. (There are other shapes as well.)
Ingredients are listed as being "a natural blend of corn flours, quinoa flour."
The only thing I would note is at my elevation (6200 feet) the recommended 4-6 minutes cooking time needs to be extended to 7 to 8 minutes.
Here is a link to the company. Just click on "pasta" at the left of the screen.

I'm going to look for this product at Whole Foods. If I can't find it there, I'll see if the natural foods section of my grocery store or the local natural foods store can order it for me. Last resort, I'll mail order it -- it's good enough that I'm willing to go to some trouble to get it.
