Strawberry & Cream Cheese Filled Muffins - March 01(?)

I made these this morning, and they were good, but seemed a bit on the dry side to me. Has anyone else made them with a better result?

thanks for finding that thread... it seems I wasn't the only one who thought they were dry afterall! at any rate, I don't think I'll try them again.

I made these muffins tonight after dinner, and they did not turn out. I have been wanting to make them for sooo long too!
I opened the oven door after about 10 min. of baking to check on them, & they were an inch over the top of the tins and the cream cheese-strawberry topping was running down the sides.
None of the topping went inside the muffin and they don't taste like much of anything. Anybody else have any ideas on what to do w/ them?
