Thanks so much for the thoughts everyone! Its only a weigh-in, but I have to admit I'm terrified. You know that the first week is usually the biggest results, and if I don't see more than a pound or two after what I've been through, I'm going to get discouraged. Of course, what DH says is that I've spent five hours on a treadmill in the last seven days, and that will take a while to show up on the scale! He's right. It's just that we're all so results-oriented. We don't see quick results, and we tend to slack.
