Just made this for dessert tonight & thought it was wonderful. I included all the crystalized ginger and felt the taste was just right. I served it warm with a little nonfat vanilla yogurt too. Yummy.

i made this last night and i must add that this is WONDERFUL!!!! dh and i ate it guilt free and it is full of flavor!!!
definately a keeper!!!
