CL Buttermilk Pancakes!

I know other good reviews of this recipe have already been posted on various threads, but I just wanted to give another thumbs up! I made these last night for a "breakfast supper" to use up some buttermilk and thought they were some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Definitely worth a try...

I love cooking with buttermilk! EVERYTHING just tastes so yummy when the recipe calls for buttermilk!! Haven't tried this recipe, yet...can't wait to try it!Thanks for the review!

Ditto on the thumbs-up! I made them for breakfast on Easter and they were great... and easy too. We added blueberries (sprinkled a few onto each pancake while the first side was cooking). Delicious!
