Took a tone and burn class today. I can already feel it, tomorrow I'll really hurt.

Just finished 20 minutes of PM yoga. Not an aerobic workout by any means, but it sure felt great!

Yes -- new and exciting tortures from the trainer of doom, track sprints. Round the track at "top speed" (I am so not a sprinter), then walking rest (gasping) for 90 seconds, then repeat, four times. Augh.
Staggering to bed now...

Track sprints, yikes! Sounds like the bootcamp I did awhile ago. It sure works though. Good luck!
I did 1 1/2 hours of strength training at the gym. You all should be proud of me, because I have gone to the gym more times this week than I have since I joined up. :D Here's hoping the motivations sticks.

Good job, Ocean Jasper!
I had a 1-hour workout with my personal trainer. It started with 15 minutes on the eliptical machine and then all sorts of arm, back, leg and glute (spelling?) exercises. I am loving it. It was my 4th time. Can you see my muscles yet? ;)

I want to add my good job everyone! It's great hearing about the renewed interest et al. Spring sure can help with that. Whatever it takes!
