light cream?

I have a recipe that calls for light cream. Is this easy to find in grocery stores? Is it the same as half and half? I haven't seen light cream, but haven't purchased cream lately (if ever). Thanks

I always thought this was the same as 1/2 and 1/2. No reason you can't substitute.

Yes, I think it's interchangable, but no, it's not the same. Sometimes you can find light cream in certain stores.
