Just thought I'd post a positive statement about the weather for once. :D
It's going to be in the 70s and absolutely gorgeous today. Yippee! We will celebrate by taking the dog and some sandwiches to the park and walk the trails a bit.
It's Indiana and it could get cold again at any minute (our typical spring is 50s and rainy), but I'm enjoying every blessed moment of the good stuff. :)

Hi Alysha,
Sounds great. Enjoy! We are having similarly fine weather here. It's going to be 60-something degrees here, and is gloriously sunny with just the right amount of breeze. We were just commenting this morning, as we enjoyed some quiet time on our front porch, that this weather was absolutely perfect. :)

I have to agree! Its going to be low 70s with a light breeze and all the sunshine a girl could want here today. It really is too bad I don't feel well enough to head downtown to the Cherry Blossom Festival :( . Oh, well, I'll enjoy it while I run a few errands. I could live with this kind of weather for 3 seasons out of 4 if it were possible.

I'm not complaining either, but right now it is about 25 degrees out, and it is SNOWING like crazy! We're under a winter storm/blizzard warning until 6:00 tonight. I've been up for about 2 1/2 hours, and in that time, we've probably gotten 2 inches of snow. :o
But, I can't complain too much because I'm here in my nice toasty house, we need the moisture really bad, and it was such a nice day yesterday that we were able to go over to the rec center to go swimming with DD for a while yesterday afternoon.

Lara - Chuck's aunt lives in Aurora (?) and I had heard they were expecting a foot of snow today after it being in the 70s yesterday!
Enjoy your good weather Natasha and Robyn! :)

House-bound in Aurora as well......but I stocked the cupboards, bought milk and have enough projects to keep me busy for days. I love snow days and we need the moisture so badly. I have a new bread recipe to try and I have a chicken in the frig just begging to be roasted.....Some parts of Aurora already have 7" and it doesn't appear to be letting up. They might get up to 24' just a few miles south of us. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Sue

We're having lovely weather in Michigan as well! I'm enjoying it for as long as it lasts!

I think you've hit the nail on the head as far as enjoying the weather anywhere!
When I drove down to Sacramento yesterday morning, there were level 2 chain controls.
Today the weather is so beautiful that we are going to go the long way, taking lots of back roads to get to a commitment we have at 2 p.m. Somehow, it's hard NOT to appreciate life on a lovely day.

Agreed- you never know with NY either. 72 degrees here right now- I was out with the top down on the Beetle and noticed just about every other convertible was out, too! Enjoy it while it's here... (tomorrow is supposed to be around 55).

Uh, oh. I almost complained about the weather this morning. :o
We need a little rain to help our lawn seed, but they keep taking it out of the forecast. Now normally I'd be ecstatic - no rain in sight - but it is hard on all the spring plants.
So, I won't complain....I guess I'll just go get the hose out and try to help it along a little.....
;)
