Not rice cakes, but rice wafers.
Anyone know?
Thanks!

Most any Asian/Japanese market would carry them. In Seattle, most grocery stores carry them too. However, they do come in different flavors so make sure you get the right ones once you do find them.

Good luck!

Or do you mean the kind for putting candies like nougat upon? Those I've found in specialty delicatessens, and occasionally in baking or cake decorating supply stores. They tend to be hard to track down around here, though.

If that's it, I'd try a special order at a cake or baking shop.

I find rice crackers all the time in my regular (large) grocery store - usually in the Asian section, but sometimes in the cracker section with the "gourmet" kinds of crackers. I would call these wafers, I guess. They are very thin and come in plain and sesame, I think. The package is a clear plastic package with the crackers lined up in rows (kind of like inside an Oreo package).

I could've sworn I saw this in Trader Joe's. Or was it rice crackers - is that the same thing? Very thin, round, and crunchy (also plain or w/sesame seed)

I have seen them at Trader Joe's - they come in a long skinny box with a cellophane wrapper.

I buy Crunch Master oven baked rice crackers at Costco. They come in Sesame and cheese flavours 4 to a package (2 of each flavour.) They are made in the USA. I also buy them in the Asian food section of our grocery stores: Taipan brand plain rice crackers. Mine are made in Vancouver BC.
