Picatta Sauce

Having just come back from Florida (not MB as planned) and having enjoyed 4 times at a wonderful restaurant on Gulf Blvd. 'Salt Rock Grill' in Indian Shores (a must if there) AND........all 4 times ordered the catch of the day with 'Picatta Sauce' - I cannot tell you how divine this was and have requested the recipe from the Chef who has not responded as yet - my question, would anyone happen to have a particular picatta sauce recipe on it's own, as in not done with chicken/veal. The fish was grilled first so would be different from scraping the pan and making/reducing the regular picatta sauce.
