Kitchenaid TSV on QVC

Why did I even go there to see the TSV?! I'm usually never tempted!
Today, however, there's a food processor especially made for them...with cool attachments! I truly needed this, too. :D
My Cuisinart died a year ago, and I've been in mourning ever since. This one comes with 60 recipes, too! :) Oh, joyful day!

I just saw it also! It's calling my name:D I just rec'd the KA hand mixer w/ attachments and LOVE it...now which color????

OK...I just saw the presentation and ordered a white one...since there was no green to match my other KA's...it looks great!

DH has given me the ok to buy one, but I'm having a hard time justifying spending that much on something I wouldn't use an awful lot. I still have my Mom's old "La Machine 2", and while it still works, it's pretty obvious that the motor's wearing out.

I haven't actually seen the presentation yet, maybe that will convince me.

You're a goner...what till you see the presentation...my husband did the same thing...I have a much smaller Cuisinart that I've been dying to get rid of...he kept saying: "Hurry up before it sells out":D

I would have liked the red one, but I'm pretty sure the red would look bad with my countertops (kind of a paprika-red) and DH said black instead of chrome since our appliances are stainless with black and the coffeepot is black.

Now, if it will only get here so that I can make my strawberry bread! ;)

YEAH!!! I also ordered the 3-cup mini, even tho the big one has the 4-cup feature...moral is: Don't watch QVC when you don't feel well:D

Now I want to replace my blender!

The price on the 3 cup mini is really good! I thought about it, but my Black & Decker still does a great job even though it is about 17 years old! It only holds about 1 1/2 cups, but it does a great job on nuts, onions, etc.

Speaking of blenders, I'm going to need to replace mine sometime soon. I don't use it a lot and it's only about 2 years old (if that) but the motor has started smoking.

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well - I hope it passes soon.

My food processor arrived today! It sat on the front porch until DH brought it in just a few minutes ago. :rolleyes: Yep, almost 9:00 PM and I didn't know that it was out there. I haven't opened the box yet as I'm afraid that I won't get any sleep tonight if I start playing with it now (but I'm sure I will open it!).

I hope yours arrives soon or has already arrived!

I just wanted to let you know that I called QVC because I didn't get the coupon for the cutting boards and the lady I spoke to told me that KitchenAid didn't put the coupons in the boxes before shipping the food processors to QVC. She said that their phones were ringing off the hook (imagine that?!) from all the people calling about the cutting boards. QVC is sending the coupons out this week to everyone who ordered the TSV.

Just thought I'd give you a heads up.

Oh, I did use mine to chop up some onions on Saturday and I cannot believe how much quieter than my old machine this is!! Of course, I was still using my Mom's old La Machine 2. :o
