Hehe......you are right lingrusso...I should just post the instructions when I do these things, but I am not prepared at the time I guess. So here is what I did.
Go to this site: http://www.3dtextmaker.com/
and then follow these instructions.....
Step 1--find the font that you like from one of the catagories. When you select one there will be a preview below.
Step 2--Choose a color you want and just click. Preview is little box on right. No need to adjust the R G B boxes.
Step 3--I just leave as default and haven't played with other boxes in this step.
Step 4--I usually just choose an "Effect" that I like and left everything else the same. Sometimes I would change the font size to make it smaller if preferred. Play around and see what you get.
Step 5--Enter the text and then click button "Make 3D Text" button.
Don't be afraid to keep trying different fonts, colors, etc. When you are happy with what you made just right click you mouse (on your newly made text); click properties and highlight the "Address URL" (as you would in applying graphics). Click Copy and then go to BB and Paste to your message. Proceed to apply code like you do for graphics by applying the square bracket before the address with IMG and at the end of address apply the square bracket with /IMG. If you want to save to your disk, the instructions are below your completed 3d Text.
