Recipe needed!

I have an abundance of Sorrel from my garden and I was looking for recipes on different ways of using it. I usually just use a couple of leaves when I am using spinach. I was looking for was of using a larger amount. If you have a recipe that uses sorrel I would love to have it. You may e-mail it to me at malindakempton@hotmail.com.

Cooking Pleasures ran an article on Sorrel in the most recent issue. the recipes were for a Sorrel and Onion Tart, Salmon with Fresh Sorrel Sauce, and Fettuccine with Ribbons of Sorrel and Fresh Herbs -- all under 400 Calories /serving
