I made the Strawberry Parfait from the May issue last weekend and it turned out great! I couldn't find ameretti cookies at the store though, so I used crumbled graham crackers. Still good.
I also made the Asparagus and Ham casserole from the May issue. It was okay. Kind of bland. I wouldn't recommend serving it for entertaining!
