Up and at it a little earlier today. DS has to leave for school in 30 minutes and then the day is off and running!

This AM I did 45 minutes on the stepper plus some toning exercises. (Felt good after yesterday's light workout!)

What did you do today? Post it when you are done! :)

Almost 6 miles on the treadmill (5.85 miles!) Worked out a bit harder today as I may not get the chance tomorrow. Have to go for an echocardiogram in the morning to see how the old ticker is doing. Nothing serious, just looking for the reason for my irregular heartbeat as I was possibly misdiagnosed 15 years ago. However, it will interfere with the morning workout routine.

Although I set the alarm, I forgot to turn it on. I did, nevertheless, manage to get myself to the gym and do an upper body workout (depsite arguing with myself in bed about whether I should go or try to do it later.)

I have had this conversation with myself, too, on many occasions! :p

Hope your echo turns out well, Susan!

35 minutes on the elliptical, and I upped the resistance level every two minutes per Oprah up until level 12. I don't know if it went any higher, but it wasn't happening. I also did upper body weights and abs.

Yes, 70 minutes on the bike, including some intervals. I also went for two short walks. I plan to do upper body weights later.

It was supposed to rain today, but I managed to get in a walk with Bailey.

I sure did. I went to step class with intervals this afternoon, came home to eat dinner and settle the kids in bed, then went back tonight for 90 minutes of yoga. The good news is, they aren't cancelling yoga. It will only be an hour class from now on. I can live with that. ;)

I managed to squeeze in primarily an upper body workout. Not much time was available for any type of workout the entire day.
