Prevention Magazine May issue

I just received my May issue of Prevention Magazine and there is a very clear and easy to read article init re. Good Carbs and the Glycemic Index. The recipes that go with the article look quite good too. Just thought I'd pass this alond to anyone interested.

May isn't on the newstands yet. At least not at the grocery where I looked. With all the threads regarding timing and magazine issues I thought I'd let you know you do get yours before the masses!

I thought this was a really good, balanced article. So often, this type of article seems rather alarmist. I've really been impressed by Prevention lately.
