Our family really enjoyed this recipe. It's definitely a repeater. I don't think I made any changes other than to use a larger pan than what was called for as the 11 x 7 didn't seem big enough.

I made this also a few months ago and thought it was very good, except the crust was a little tough.

Just in case anyone didn't already know. They revised the recipe (changed the oven temp and cooking time I believe). The revised recipe can be found in Oct 2000 (I think it's the October edition...it was in the fall anyway)

Does anyone know if the revised version is in the 2001 Annual Cooking Light Book?
