Rave, Rave, Rave-Pasta Salad w/Shrimp...

I made the Pasta Salad w/Shrimp, Peppers & Olives for dinner last night. DH raved! I know there have been other threads re: this recipe but...it is so GOOD AND EASY. I'll definitely be making this again and even serving it when we entertain.

Pardon my omission!!! the Pasta Salad w/Shrimp, Peppers & Olives is in the April 2001 issue, page 170.

I will add, that I left out the olives, neither DH nor I are very fond of them...the dish was still GOOD.

I made this recipe, with some modifications (more veges and olives), but I served it hot. I just quickly sauted the veges and shrimp and put it all together. Very good.
