Breakfast:
LF english muffin w/ 4 lf laughing cow cubes - 2 pts (not even)

Lunch -

can of chicken noodle soup - 3 points
8 rice crackers - 1 point

snack - cucumbers 0 pts
strawberry bread - 3 pts

Dinner-
WW pork with tropical salsa - 5 pts
turnip and carrot bake (from the food board) - about 2 pts
Few bites of son's cheeseburger (ahh!) gave myself 2 pts

Dessert -
herbal tea - 0 pts
another slice of strawberry bread - 3
1 cookie (finally, they're all gone!) 2

Actually, not too shabby. My target is 20 points. That still comes to under 25 points for the day (using 5 flex points). Can't be! Am I forgetting something? I sure felt full.

Wow, once again, Tyra, I have to thank you for starting this. I felt like such a pig yesterday, but it doesn't look like I did so bad! I did weigh myself and I'm up almost 1 lb (due to bad eating over the weekend, I'm sure- cookies and some wine!) but I'm back on track this week. I think some of that was (is) water weight, too.

Well, I was doing great until DH decided we should go out to eat after we bought his suit. Nothing like dropping $400 on a suit and then going to spend more money eating out.
So I had a filet with blue cheese, salad with chipotle ranch dressing and a baked potato and two glasses of wine. So not good, but it tasted good!
