Two Questions!

A while back somebody recommended using lecithin in an olive oil mister (such as Misto), but I could not find the thread to get the amounts. Also, does anyone have the recipe to make your own margerine out of butter, olive oil and salt? I saw the recipe posted on some other site, but could not find it. I thought if anyone would know, you guys would! Thanks!
