I like the Ken's light Caesar too. I just tried their light olive oil with balsamic vinagrette, very yummy!

Consorzio Caesar and Roasted Garlic Dressing - you can get it at Trader Joes.

They claim its 50% less fat than other brands but its not light. 6g fat/serving - 2T

I like Girard's. There is also a light version.

I suggest President's Choice - I'm not sure if it's available in the US though.

We really enjoy Marzetti's light. It is very tasty. I am not sure if it is national or not.

I love "Bernstein's Creamy Caesar Dressing w/ Grated Parmesan and Extra Garlic". Yum!

*Alisa-Our "Fred Meyer" grocery store (in Ak.) carries the PC line of products. I will have to try that one sometime. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Zinnia

Another vote for Ken's light. actually, anything from Ken's is delicious, even the light line (blue cheese, Italian, etc.).

I too like the Ken's light brand. I will try the recipe from buddie though!! I made the "real" thing in Culinary School and I really DIDN'T like it.

I use it on chicken wraps, even my Caesar hating hubbie LOVES fish simply poached in the oven in the bottled dressing. It doesn't taste a THING like caesar when it is done, but it has a wonderful flavor all its own.

I like Cardini's Caesar.(bought at Shaw's or Stop & Shop, East coast!)

Cardini's Caesar is wonderful -- great flavor and a pleasant consistency. It's the first Caesar dressing I've tried that has that pleasant, authentic Italian "feel" http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Hard to describe, I know -- but definintely worth a try!

A third vote for Cardini's!! It is the best I have tried. They make a "light" Caesar also but it isn't the same as the original.

o.k. you east coasters are making me homesick! Ken's is by far the best bottled salad dressing my DH and I have had! every time i come back for a visit, my suitcase is packed with Ken's creamy italian (i wonder what the airline people think as they scan my bags!) I didn't know that they sold a caesar salad dressing, i will be on the look out for it when i visit this summer!
