Review: Sizzling Salmon-and-Spinach Salad

Yum! It was quick & easy,we have leftovers for tomorrow, and my husband was satisfied with the serving size. Need I say more?

I love making salads for dinner, but often DH doesn't think they're enough. I think it's a mental thing for him. I figure if you've got fish, veggies and a salad separately on a plate, it's the same as having them all together in one dish, right?

Does your hubby have the same issue?

(I should mention that he's getting much better about this. I've also tried to be more creative w/salads, so that is probably helping)

My husband doesn't like cold foods. So, usually salads are out, but since the salmon is hot in this one, I got away with it. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif
