These were very good and very filling. The best part was start to finish, only 40 minutes, including all the chopping! We used feta cheese instead of blue since that was in the refrigerator.

I made these last week, and really enjoyed them too! If anything I would add more pepper (I didn't really get a "pepper steak" taste). They are in the June issue, in the article about wraps.

I agree this recipe is a keeper! It was wonderful. Everyone, except my pickiest eater, loved them! He did eat the meat with the tortilla and left out everything else. I doubled the recipe and my husband ate 4! This would be a great dish for company also.

I made these on the weekend, and they tasted great, though the mixture was a little too saucy for the wraps. Did anyone else have that problem?

When I made mine, I drained some of the sauce off before serving and it worked just fine. I also used feta cheese. I just couldn't stomach the look of the blue cheese although I love the taste. :-)
