I just purchased 2 new cookbooks from Amazon.com "Complete Italian Vegetarian" and "Weight Watchers Simply the Best 250 Family Favorites"... and would like to hear your feedback on any recipes you have tried.

**(I bought the former based on raves from this BB)

I've made a few of the items from the WW cookbook you mentioned. The arroz con pollo and the shrimp & veggie creole were both good and very filling. The chicken enchilada casserole was ok, but not great. I haven't made much else because my sister sent me the WW New Complete Cookbook which has some great recipes.

KarenW: I also have the WW Complete and think it is fabulous! I bought "Simply the Best" in the hope that it is just as good.

emilycat,

Oh, oh, oh those recipe titles sound so delicious! Is this the book by Jack Bishop? I just bought his Pasta e Verdura last week and have selected recipes to try from it next week. Now I'll have to get this this other one too! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
