I am hoping that some kind person on this board can help me. I want a honey glazed grilled chicken recipe from the Betty Crocker booklet called “Grill It”. It’s honey and something else like lime or something like that. I looked through the recipes on the BC web site and could not find it there either.

I have sooooooo many cook books that I justify buying another one right now. That was the recipe that caught my eye when I looked through the book at the check out line… boy did it take a lot of my will power to put it back!

I know this is the Cooking Light site but am hoping that someone here is a cookbook “junkie” like me!

Thank you so much if you can help me.

Grilled Honey Lime Chicken Sandwiches

1 lime, juiced
2 Tbs honey
1 tsp cumin
handful of cilantro, chopped
2 Tsp olive oil, canola, or vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp grill seasoning or salt and pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend or salt and pepper. Coat with dressing and let marinate for at least 10 minutes [or overnight overnite].

Grill chicken on an indoor or an outdoor grill. Cook 6-7 min per side over medium heat. You can also put in a nonstick skillet and cook uncovered.

Slice chicken on an angle. Serve on a crusty roll. Add toppings such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, sliced avocado, salsa.
