I bought this huge package of miso. It's not red or yellow -- it's black! The yellow stuff was twelve dollars because the only place I could find miso was Whole Foods (it's organic miso)! Eeeek! I can't seem to find any recipes on the web that call for black miso. I've substituted it for red miso with good results. I was wondering if anybody had any favorite recipes for red miso, or, better yet, recipes for black miso. I have a ton of the stuff and don't want it to go to waste! Thanks for helping. It's great to be back!
